A Place to Breathe
Not long ago my late dog and I were wandering in the backyard on a warm summer evening, and at one point I stopped and realized that we were in a sea of fireflies. Countless were the glittering lights hovering over the grass and throughout the woods. Aside from a lifelong fascination with these amazing little creatures, it was a moment ebbed in time that influenced the name.

Nestled in the quaint village of Fontana near the shores of Geneva Lake, this fully-renovated 1870 farmhouse sits on nearly an acre and is in close proximity to everything the area has to offer. Enjoy the spacious Fontana Beach, brush up on your golf swing at Big Foot Golf Range or one of the many golf courses in the area, rent a boat or paddleboard from Gordy’s Marine, explore the shops on Fontana Boulevard or grab a bite at one of the lakefront restaurants, and step onto the lake path and burn calories while admiring the beautiful architecture. Venture less than an hour north and enjoy Kettle Moraine State Park and endless mountain bike and hiking trails. Or, just sit in the backyard and grill out and end the night around the campfire, and breathe.

The neighborhood is quaint and a blend of full-time residents and vacation homes. Out of respect for my neighbors, I’m offering this space to individuals, couples and small families. No groups/multi-family gatherings.
No pets
No smoking of any kind inside the home or deck
No parties, events or visitors
Quiet hours 10pm to 8am
